Why Some People Have So Much Money That Don’t Know What To Do With It and Others Just Enough To Survive?

It looks like a ridiculous question. Indeed, it is stupid. Until you think about it more deeply and thoughtfully. I bet that at some point in your life, you have thought about this question or came to your mind why some people are so fucking financially well that money is meaningless for them. The only thing that matters for them is how to spend their time and take the most out of their time, after all since we all are mortal and eventually going to die. But others on the other hand (Like me, unfortunately) are struggling with everyday expenses and spend most of the time commuting to jobs that don’t like and don’t feel satisfied. And the result is the fucking existential crises of late at night and thinking about why the fuck is my life like this and what am I doing with my life by spending it for a job that pays a little and takes a lot of my valuable time. Then instead of going to bed because you have work to do tomorrow and have to wake up at 7 a.m. and to perform this circus and repetition, you refuge to writing. You come home, and although you are tired the first thing that comes to your mind is to turn on your computer and start writing.

So what I am writing now is a response to this never-ending discussion in my mind. I don’t want to stop with the basic and lazy answers of: Oh It is because of luck (Being born into a wealthy family) or No it is all because of hard work (Starting a multimillion-dollar business from scratch). I think it is something in between. Combination of luck and hard work. Doing what is hard and seems impossible for most people but not the person who is willing to pay the price and eventually gets combined with the luck and pays off well.

This note is only for me to take out what I have in my mind and not an answer to the problem that exists with this situation. It is only the first step in moving toward what I call financial independence.

What is the financial independence?

You have enough money to not only pay rent and your bills but also enough money to do the minimum work, The kind of work that matters to you and gives meaning to your life, not something that for the exchange for your time and

Research shows that most people hate their jobs, even in developed countries like the United States. And this is the sad truth. It unfortunately is. When you know you only live once, why do you have to spend time on things that don’t matter to you and spend time on projects that don’t give you fulfillment? Isn’t that the waste of this precious gift of being alive?

I mean if you ask me, I would tell you that being alive, is itself a blessing and a gift, and in what condition you are living is a concern that comes after the gift of being alive. Not many people get this opportunity to live a long life. But after you live that long, or get the opportunity to live, you should start asking yourself how can I use this gift the best, and have to figure it out quickly before the opportunity has been taken away from me.

If you are alive and healthy you should think about how you can improve your life condition every day. How can I save more time and spend on things that matter to me? How can I be more strategic with whatever assets I have and use them for a better future and closer to my vision and ideals?

The money itself doesn’t matter. It is a piece of paper or a useless number in government databases that can easily be adjusted if there is a need for that and it is just an illusion. But what matters is time. If you have cancer and all the money on the planet but you are going to die in a year, all that money is going to be useless and just inherited or taxed by the government after you die. Or even if you are young and healthy with a lot of time but still not a lot of money and wasting your time with the jobs that you hate also can be meaning that you are not wealthy enough. Because you don’t have time.
