Go ahead, take a pen with a paper or open a digital file and try to write a list:
Write Everything that you don’t want to do or don’t like to be in future.
You can also write if it is for short, mid or long term.
- I don’t want to be a doctor (in my whole life).
- I don’t like to learn Spanish, at all.
- I decided not to smoke cigarette in my life.
- I don’t want to have smartphone (at least mid-term).
When you finished writing dozens of items, you can better understand what is important or value is your life.
I suggest take this simple practice serious.
